Every order shipped from StonerLink includes a Custom Stamp Fee, which is charged during the shipping stage — not at checkout.

This mandatory fee helps us meet the legal and logistical requirements for shipping cannabis and hemp-based products safely and responsibly across different jurisdictions.

The fee covers:

  • The inspection, labeling, and compliance verification required by various shipping and trade regulations.

  • Any additional processing required for cross-border or inter-state shipments that need official verification or certification stamps.

b. Refundable Insurance Fee (Mandatory)

Every order shipped through StonerLink includes a Refundable Insurance Fee, which is charged during shipping to provide complete protection for your package during transit.

This mandatory coverage safeguards your order against:

  • Loss, theft, or damage while in transit.

  • Carrier routing errors or delivery complications within any jurisdiction.

The fee is collected as part of the shipping process and handled directly by the shipping agency responsible for the delivery.

Once your order is successfully delivered and confirmed in good condition, the shipping agency automatically refunds the insurance fee to your original payment method.

This policy guarantees verified delivery protection — ensuring every package is covered during transit and refunded once safely received.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders may require age or identity verification prior to delivery.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, government buildings, or restricted zones.

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Orders
